For setup questions, bug reports, or feedback, drop us a line. Include your phone model and Android version when reporting a bug — it helps us reproduce the issue quickly.

Quick answers before you write

  • LeadPing is Android only — we don’t have an iPhone version yet.
  • You don’t need an account to use the app. Your leads live on your device.
  • LeadPing never sends WhatsApp messages automatically. If you saved a follow-up note, it can be prefilled in WhatsApp — you review and tap Send yourself.
  • Any paid features inside the app are billed through Google Play, not through this website.

What to expect

  • We read every email and try to respond within a few business days.
  • For bug reports, please include your phone model, Android version, and what you were doing when it happened.
  • Feature ideas and feedback are welcome — they shape what we build next.
  • Email is currently our only support channel. There is no live chat or phone line.
